Trying to be as objective as a I can by including couples I don't even necessarily ship!

-- My newest obsession. :sigh:

Brooke and Lucas have one of the best first kisses in TV history. They just vibed so naturally, and the chemistry between them was real. It showed on camera. Brooke really brought Luke out of his shell and for the first time in awhile, he was laughing and relaxed. The kiss at the end of their date was passionate and even though it had little to do with love at that point, it was realistic and you could tell these two had a story to tell. :sigh:

Justin and Austin from Ugly Betty. This was the cutest thing ever. I really wish we had gotten more of them, but what we got was great. And so cute

Ica! EF had one of the best first kisses ever.

I loved Pacey/Andie's first kiss too. Just how it was built up to that moment and the dialogue that went with it. It was so sweet.

Boone/Shannon is also up there just cause it was so fcking hot.

& Simon/Alisha's was really beautiful.

Freddie/Effy story was beautiful, heartbreaking, dark, but beautiful. Most beautiful I've ever seen, honestly. They are the only couple that can look completely normal and absolutely not normal at the same time, cute and angsty, dark and pure. And their first kiss represents exactly what they are: it was sweet and it was intense and it was breathtaking. And it was SO natural, so realistic that you wouldn't believe for a second that it's two actors playing the romance, because it looks so real. This is what a couple should be.

Word. Especially about the bolded part.
That episode was the first episode of Lost I ever watched and Sawyer was the first (and in that episode, the only) character I felt sympathy for/investment in. He wasn't the most polite and agreeable person on the island, but that was no reason to immediately villainize him and decide to torture him as if it was nothing. I understand that a life was at stake, but had they stopped their self-righteous and accusatory ways, they could have approached the problem way more effectively.
Sorry I kinda went off-topic with this.

I think the best first kisses are the ones the shows make you wait for - it's nice if they kiss right away, and it's kind of sweet, but the build up to a real first kiss is amazing if they do it right :thud:

Kind of like Logan/Veronica - 18 episodes in and it really was worth the wait

Cordelia/Angel made us wait seasons for their first kiss! :in_love:

Yeaaaahuh! Sadly, I don't know that 'V' is gonna live much longer (pretty low ratings), so I'm glad they managed to get that Hovans scene into the series!!

It does. It always will. I love that Skate's first kiss was focused on so closely, and has lived on far beyond the series itself. From the way they filmed it, with only the primitive sounRAB of the jungle in the background, to Sawyer's low growl and Kate's sharp intake of breath...before she dives back in for more.

All Sawyer asked for was "one little kiss", and Kate went back in for the whole damn enchilada.

Not that I can blame her. :sigh:

Oh YES!!! :thud:  :thud:

Barney/Robin, Barney/Robin, Barney/Robin - the perfect mix of passion, and sweetness. and awesomeness. I love how she is grabbing his tie, and he is cupping her face. And I love the buildup to the moment - them getting closer, and closer - totally being adorable.
