Even though I still haven't started watching Skins I have to agree with everything said about FE here. On my way to do some research for my essay, I somehow ended up looking at the OP on their thread on the Skins board and wow :sigh:. I don't think I've ever seen a ship so beautiful (and I do consider a lot of my ships aesthetically enjoyable, but they are a whole new level of gorgeous) with scenes so breathtaking. Basically this:
 
This. They where not about declairing their love over and over. However, they made their love for each other obvious. I love how natural the lake scene was, how relatable it was... And again, I like how it looks like a continuation of the previous episode where Effy ran for Freddie. She wasn't able to tell him about her feelings, all she could say is that she is glad he came there. In the next episode where their first kiss happened it was Freddie running for Effy. And even though he wasn't ready to declair his love either - he just kissed her. He made a move. They both wanted it and they followed their desire. It was so natural and so real.

:nod: I agree. They were just two teenagers having fun at that point but that's what makes it good. They were the realism in a show where nothing else really was. You could tell Chad/Sophia were really into it too, and when someone asked Sophia if Chad was a good kisser she said "Did you see the episode where Brooke and Lucas make out at the bar? What do you think?" and laughed. They were really into it and it showed. :)
 
I have a weakness for first kisses :sigh:

Ron/Hermione's kiss in the books is my favorite first kiss ever (mostly because I waited so long for it!)

As far as TV goes, I LOVE Richard and Kahlan's first kiss :sigh:

Oh, yes, FE first kiss was definitely hot. Their chemistry is so natural, it seems to come out of nowhere. They don't have to fake it, it is just there.

Okay I know many people think this is "CPR" but come on, in my mind this was the first time Jack and Ianto kissed. It was passionate and wonderful. Though the real first time was pretty awesome too.
