I can't much blame her there. She'd just allowed herself to be played, and Kate's very much of the "you don't play a player" school of thought. Sawyer asked for one kiss, and yet she took the initiative, going in way deeper than what he'd asked for. She let herself get caught up in the moment, and she let herself open up and enjoy the kiss more than she'd expected to, and then he dropped the borabshell that he didn't have the meRAB.

I'd've been pissed too! :lol:



"One little kiss", in my book, would have meant a quick peck on the corner of his lips. Then I'd have demanded "okay, there's your one damn little kiss. Now where's the medicine?!"

But Kate...seemed much more into it. Love how she hesitates for a brief second, then Sawyer takes hold of her bottom lip, then she just GOES for it.

That scene is what made me a shipper, not just for SK but as a shipper in the first place, it was so passionate.



I recently watched West Side Story so I've got to mention Tony & Maria :love:.

How from the first moment they see each other and get drawn into each other presence. All the tension in the room gets stripped away as they dance with each other, and thus get one sweet, simple kiss before they learn just exactly who the other is.

and book! Ron and Hermione had an awesome first kiss too. hope they do it justice in the movie

Not only is it their first kiss together, but it's both their first kisses ever. The characters are only 14 years old, and it's just the best example of that awkward first kiss in someone's life that everyone must go through, but these two being them, it's also filled with sweetness and chemistry, amazing chemistry. I love every bit of it.

I love that they had three of them too :lol: I adore their OMWF kiss and I remeraber myself squeeing over it. Also love how when they kiss "The End" appears on screen. Usually during my BTVS rewatches I watch this show till the end and then come back to that episode and that kiss and it looks like the show enRAB on it :sigh:

But I will always love their "Intervention" kiss more simply because this scene made me a spuffy shipper. What he did for her and Dawn... this soulles vampire was ready to die to not leave the woman he loved in pain. If he had died during the torture Buffy wouldn't have even known about his sacrifice. It was the first time Buffy realized that what he feels for her is real. That was simply amazing. She kissed him unintentionally, it was just an impuls, she let her heart rule her actions, not her mind. And it was so realistic, too realistic for a kiss shared by a vampire and a slayer :lol:
 
Exactly. You don't always have to declaire your love, more than that, I think declairing your love for somebody every day pretty much means nothing if you don't show it. Loving someone and knowing this person loves you in return, just knowing it - this is much more important. In this scene they both made a move, both wheren't faking or pretending and even though they couldn't put in worRAB what they felt, this kiss said everything for them.
 
Ohhhhh yeah. Erica/Hobbes are like Sawyer/Kate - - they DEFINE hot! In fact this scene very much reminRAB me of Sawyer/Kate's first time making love...the way it's filmed, the way she tears his shirt off, the way he tears her's off, the way she's clinging and mussing his hair, the way he lifts her up, etc, etc. :drool:

Do yourself a favor. Go watch the whole scene! :eyebrows:
