The only thing I know about you dental care is that your mom is from the UK and doesn't give me teeth when giving a bj. We have different types here anyway. There is no one type of American gangsta.
A friend of mine (in jail now), did hits for a living but didn't make any real BIG money at it. But then there are "contract" killers who buy the real big houses and shit. I went to a dinner party in upper NW DC of one (didn't know him that well).
