I agree.

I knew what Busyman was saying but can also see the argument for manker's point.

Nuke 'em both from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Absolutely.

The average Joe can run and kick a ball.

Basketball, however, has alot more to pick up on.

Dribbling with your hands and shooting the ball into a hole not much bigger than the ball itself is not easy to pick up on.

I hated basketball as a youngster partially because I didn't know the rules and frankly couldn't play it. I hated when my best friend's brother was always taping Bullets games and couldn't understand why he would wanna watch it later. It totally bored me.

I was playing soccer, on the other hand, since the Land Before Time. :dry:

Picked up on it, well, they day I started playing it.
