my favorite ones are when bart looses his soul, homer and the swear jar i like that one in spanish, were grandpa gives homer some kind of viagra and when everything starts going wrong they go back to the place were homer grew. oh yeah and when he becomes a manager for a waitress.

Yeah that's classic Homer :lol:

Also love the part of the Pinchy episode where he brings him home and is putting him in the fish tank and is adding salt and the fish are dying and Lisa keeps mentioning it and then he adRAB something for the fish and then Pinchy is dying and he evens it out :lol:
 
There are so many. But my favorite is the one when Homer becomes president of the union. That's what started my lifelong love of the Simpsons.
 
How could I forget that one, it's one of my faves. Mr. Burns as the alien :lol: And then when Marge starts freaking out because she took a pen from the post office :lol: Mulder's pic on his badge is classic!

Another fave episode is when Homer meets John who is gay then doesn't want Bart hanging out with him because he think that he is going to be gay. When he takes him to the Gay Steel Mill.
 
I also like The Springfield Files, when Mulder and Scully come into town for an investigation. Mulder shows his badge, and it's a picture of him in Speedos or something.
 
Oh man I have tons but I'm gonna list a few:

-when Homer and Marge are telling Bart and Lisa the story of Lisa's first word

-the one where they go to Japan (Knife goes in, guts come out) :lol:

-the one where they have to go to New York (Homer's flashbacks of his terrible experience)

-where Homer wants to spend more time with Maggie and she's freaked out. At the end Maggie rescues Homer from drowning

-love the one where Homer buys Pinchy because he wants to eat lobster but then can't eat him because he starts loving him as a pet (up until he puts Pinchy in hot water in the tub because he was bathing him :lol: ) Then Homer gets to eat him alone and he's crying and saying it tastes so good :lol:

And there are many more.
 
My absolute favorite is Last Exit to Springfield, which is why I was happy when EW magazine also named it their favorite episode.

I also like HOMR and pretty much any ep with Homer/Lisa bonding b/c I just love those two.
 
What are some of your favorite episodes?

My favorites would be

- Bart the Daredevil, where Bart is inspired to jump Springfield Gorge using his skateboard
- Flaming Moe, where Moe steals Homer's drink recipe
