Favorite ditzy female characters

Who are your favorite(s) ditzy female characters? You know the girl that says things that don't make sense, and on the surface seems like dim witted girl.

My favorite dizty dame of all time is defentely Melody Valentine (Josie And The Pussycats), I loved her. Not only was she hillarous (one could argue the only Pussycat that had much of a personality on the cartoon show), and not to mention hot, but she had a inner sweatness and innocense about her, that made you look beyond her lack of intelligence and her stupidly didn't get to an annoyance. Even Alexandra liked her, she tolerate Melody much more than Josie and Valerie. In the comics, even though the other girls were jealous at times of the attention Melody got from the guys, they never held that against her.

An example of just being a ditz and not having those extra qualties of inner sweatness is Lindsay from Total Drama Island / Action. I always considered Lindsay a Melody clone but without those extra qualties to go beyond being the dumb hot girl. Not that Lindsay is a bad person, but all she is a ditz.

As for other characters, I am sure there has to be some anime characters that I can't think of right now, I am not sure if she belongs in this category, but sometimes she is a ditz, but Orihime Inoue (Bleach) another character I like. Sometimes she is a very deep character, other times she is a one dimentional ditzy comic relief character. But overal, she was a warm sweet girl, who always had her friends back, and even willing to make major sacrifices for them.

Also Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls), she too was a favorite of mine. And one character I don't consider a ditz, but she is boarderline ditz is Starfire (Teen Titans), if she was a ditz, she makes my list.
 
Starfire is not a ditz, or even a borderline one. She is actually quite intelligent, possessing an understanding of faster-than-light travel and other fields of mega-science. She's just a newcomer to Earth, and thereofe naive to the ways of Earth culture.

Ignorance of a particular culture ≠ stupidity.

Anyways, the show wasn't around long, but I must admit to liking Miracle from FOX's animated bomb Sit Down, Shut Up. I have kind of a thing for breezy hippie chicks.

Cool topic, but here's my favorite ditzy female characters:

Melody(Josie & the Pussycats) - She's pretty funny at times while being with Alexandra & Alexander & yet she's sweet & innocent too, which I loved that show.

Bubbles(Jabberjaw) - She's so funny along with her silly, dumb ditzy antics with Jabberjaw & the gang, but I hated that jerk Shell for treating her badly which annoyed me sometimes.

Constance Koala(Taz-Mania) - Big, funny, bubbly, ditzy koala maid who's cute/cheeful & super strong while becoming a ballerina wrestler called the Masked Ballerina on beating big bully wrestlers picking on poor Taz.

Billie(Pinky & The Brain) - Female lab mouse who seems like the dumb ditzy-type I think who was The Brain's love interest, but didn't last long when her intelligence boosted up from the scientists, hehehehe, but she was funny & a great girl mouse character.

Bubbles(The Powerpuff Girls) - She's cute, funny, & ditzy, but is awesome which she kicks butt at the bad guys!!!!!!

Dee Dee(Dexter's Laboratory) - She's pretty hilarious for always wanting to demolish Dexter's laboratory all the time along with her jerkiness, hehehe, but I love the episodes when she became a giant monster, bees intelligent, becoming Dexter's neat freak mother, & taking over Dexter's laboratory calling it Dee Dee's laboratory when a certain episode ended, hehehe.

Brittany(Daria) - Typical dumb ditzy blonde girl who's Lawndale High's head cheerleader which her dumb ditziness cracks me up along with her annoying high-pitched voice & funny antics with Daria & Jane, hehehe, & even her quarterback boyfriend Kevin is just as unintelligent as her, but they make a cute unintelligent couple though, hahahahaha, it was an awesome show & I miss it.

Number 3/Kuki(Codename:Kids Next Door) - She's cute, funny, & ditzy for a sweet Asian girl which her crushes on Number 4/Wally & scary demonic fiery tempers are hilarious.

Caitlin/The Clone Girls:Chrissy,Kirsten,& Kristin(6teen) - She's cute, funny, so ditzy while being shallow, a mega shopaholic, & loves dating guys but ends up with the not right guy at times, hehehehehe, & totally gets back at her evil, nasty ex-friend Tricia as well too for bashing her always & The Clone Girls may be ditzy, but they're hilarious bugging Nikki, hehehe.

Lindsey/Katie & Sadie(Total Drama Island/Action) - She's so hilarious for her unintelligent ditzy antics to the other campers & calling the other campers Tyler, hehehe, I felt bad for her being the jerk Heather's slave, but it was awesome when she found out Heather's true dark nature & totally slammed her good which I applaud besides Gwen, Lashawna, & Beth bashing Heather too as much as I despised Heather mostly. Her & Beth were great friends which they'll still kick Heather's butt if they need to at times, hehehehe.Katie & Sadie may be annoying & ditzy, but they're funny as well.

Lo/Lauren Ridgemount(Stoked) - Cute rich girl who's pretty dumb & irresponsible on the finances on throwing wild out-of-control parties with her father having to punish her, & yet she's worse than Caitlin.

Mihoshi(Tenchi Muyo!) - Hot alien girl who's a Galaxy Police officer next to her partner Kiyone which her dumb ditziness is hilarious for always messing up for poor Tenchi & the girls along with poor Kiyone, hehehehe, along with her crash landings as well, hahahahaha, but I feel so bad for her though.

Gluko(Mon Colle Knights) - Prince Eccentro's girl minion who's pretty ditzy/funny when she never gets tortured except for Prince Eccentro & Batch mostly from damages & General Tanaka's brutal punishments, to me, she's not evil, but a sweet nice girl in the bad crowd.

Milly(Trigun) - She's pretty funny & ditzy for a freakishly tall girl which her & Meryl's crazy situations along with Vash & Nicholas are so hilarious, her crush on Nicholas was sweet, but I felt bad for her when he died.

Elie(Rave Master) - She's funny, ditzy, & attractive which her silly jokes & Xena screaming are funny, but I felt bad for her having a dangerous power called Etherion could destroy the universe, but it was saved by Haru's cool Runesave sword which was awesome.

Millfuelle(Galaxy Angel) - She's cute, funny, & ditzy who's the leader of the Angel Brigade which her & the teams' crazy missions were so hilarious together.

Mutsumi(Love Hina) - Funniest dumb ditzy girl who's always a major klutz, but her "oh my" quotes tend to get annoying though.

Dita(Vandread/Second Stage) - Funny dumb ditzy space alien chick who's obsessed in aliens & truely loves Hibiki.

Hyatt(Excel Saga) - Excel's dumb ditzy partner-in-crime who's so hilarious due to her weird personality, hahahahaha!!!!!!!

Suzy(Zatch Bell!) - Kiyo's silly childhood friend who's hilarious because of her dumb ditziness especially her creepiness with the face fruit, hahahahaha, & she has a crush on Kiyo while becoming jealous of popular actress Megumi who's her biggest rival ever, hahahahahaha:p.

Midori/Lucy(Midori Days) - Seiji's #1 ditzy girlfriend stuck in his right hand, hehehe:D.Funny, ditzy American girl whose huge crushes & pouncings on Seiji were hilarious much to Ayase's jealousy, hahahahaha:p.

Orihime/Rangiku/Yachiru/Mashiro/Neliel(Nel)(Bleach) - My most favorite ditzy female character which her ditzy comic reliefness was hilarious & an innocent sweet girl who's willing to protect Ichigo & her friends no matter what which Stephanie Sheh did great with her character:anime:, & Rangiku, Yachiru, Mashiro, & Nel are SO cute, ditzy, & hilarious as well.

Misa(Death Note) - The funny dumb ditzy, famous gothic girl celebrity who becomes Light Yagami's major pawn next to Kiyomi & Mikami, her dumbness cracked me up especially putting up with The Task Force & L, hehehehe, & I feel bad for her in the whole series when she doesn't know what a rotten jerkhole Light for treating her badly as much as I hated Light which Rem knows who protected her mostly & yet still likes him which is so sad.She was awesome helping L & the Task Force for revealing Higuchi the next Kira to them when she went with that slimeball as much as I felt bad for her.Hilarious with Aizawa getting rid of her along with her jealousy with Takada, hehehe, but her suicide death was sad next to poor Mikami's which you'll be missed Misa.

Himeko(Pani Poni Dash!) - She's mega hilarious for a silly ditzy idiot girl which I love her personality, silly antics & many "maho" sayings especially getting brainwashed by a mushroom alien, hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shirley/Milly/Kaguya(Code Geass) - They're pretty funny along with their personalities & attractive especially Shirley's crushes on Lelouche & Milly's silly games & festivals, but Shirley's role in the Mao arc was intense along with shooting Villetta for bravery, but her death was so sad, darn Rolo, you snake, but I'm happy Milly lives with her graduating having a job as a reporter, interesting.Kaguya is pretty cute & funny trying to be Lelouch/Zero's super fangirl, hehehehe.

Matsumoto(To Heart/Remember My Memories) - Funny ditzy girl who's the rotten jerk Okada's follower who's not really evil along with Yoshii.
 
Dita Liebely from Vandread. She's completely obsessed with aliens (and by extension, Hibiki), she's immensely cheerful, and she's just really funny to watch.
 
Some of my favorite ditzy female characters would have to be...

Momoko Hanasaki (Wedding Peach) - Even though she gets bad grades in school, you can't help but love her for her sweet personality (though you don't want to be around her when she's angry) and the funny antics that she sometimes get in.

Shirley (Code Geass) - I like Shirley because I like her personality and, for an animated character, I consider her to be pretty attractive. It's too bad that Rollo had to kill her. :mad: It would be great if there was someone like her in real life.

Bubbles (The Powerpuff Girls) - Even though Blossom is my favorite of the group, Bubbles is still funny, cute, and a good person.
 
I wouldn't necessarily say that's a plot hole. Two sisters can be completely different. Mine are. One is a dietician and is incredibly book smart. The other one, not so much, just like me.
 
:^: It's not a plot hole for Starfire and Blackfire to have different personalities; it is however a plot hole for Starfire to be living on Earth for an undisclosed period of time and still speaking like a foreign exchange student while Blackfire who's never been to Earth before "Sisters" lands on the planet speaking perfect English and using slang and idioms, especially considering how Tameranians can "absorb" language through epidermal contact with other beings. There was no logical reason why Starfire should have been talking like that.
 
Well, Blackfire probably lip-locked an earthling before making herself known to the Titans. She had to have unless she learned it from someone whose, well, from Earth. Maybe being the 'superior' sibling allows her to adapt idioms and slang whereas Starfire only acquires the language; but not all the understanding and implications. Makes sense I think...

Oh, and I use 'superior' in a very literal sense. We all know Star's the favorite. ;)
 
Why do people keep naming Misa? She was smart enough to keep her secret and lie to people about it. I think the only ditzy thing she did was be a complete slave to Light.



Blackfire has traveled to many more places than Starfire. She knows how to adapt to more races/species than Starfire.





Chances are she's been to Earth before. Just because she says she's never been here doesn't mean she was telling the truth. She is a villain after all.
