There's obviously a lot more, but those are the ones that spring to mind of having me laughing out loud the first time I saw them.
 
Hot Fuzz was amazing.
Stick It was a crease, but moreso for the wrong reasons.
Knocked Up was very funny too, the minor characters especially.

Looking forward to seeing Hot Fuzz, Jim Carey has had some beauties, though as already mentioned Blazing Saddles was a classic.
 
So many, but Airplane, the Naked Gun movies, Planes Trains and Automobiles, The Holy Grail, Blazing Saddles and several other Brooks movies have to come out tops.
