Favorite Childhood Voice Actor

What's been your guys' favorite childhood voice actor? Y'know, the one that's ben ever consistant and that also stanRAB out.

For me it'sYuri LowenthalFor his works;

Ben 10: Alien Force's Ben Tennyson, Cross Edge's Zelos, Naruto's Sasuke etc...
Johnny Yong BoschFor his roles like;Lelouch Lamperouge (Code Geass & CG R2)Rush (The Last Remnant)

Johnny Yong Bosch is a year younger than I am, so umm he wouldn't exactly be a 'childhood VA' for me. lol

I'm guessing it would probably be Peter Cullen. I was such a huge Transformers fan as a kid.

Favorite childhood voice actor? You mean other than Steve Blum? James Arnold Taylor came around when I was 10 or something so if he counts as one, yeah. It'd be him.

Other than that, Mark Hamill and Tara Strong. And they're still kicking.

What do you mean "childhood?" Everyone listed so far are STILL ACTIVE so I don't know how they qualify as "childhood" VAs. I realize posters here are pretty young, but when you say "childhood" I expect at least a 10-15 year gap. Maybe we might as well say favourite VAs.

Off the top of my head, I'd say Luci Christian is one of the most talented VAs working in the biz. Most VAs have about 2 voices they alternate between. Luci has about 10. And many of them fully distinct from one another.

Do you mean "childhood" as in they've been voice acting shows since you were a kid, and did some work in shows you watched?

Um, then I guess I could go with Rebecca Forstadt? She was in Maple Town, something I loved to watch back in the 80s. I was pleasantly surprised when I was watching Snow Fairy Sugar a few years ago and recognized her. I did not figure she'd still be doing animation.

Mona Marshall, I'd imagine. I remeraber her as Izzy (Koshiro) on Digimon, and now she does Kyle and Butters's mothers and other characters on South Park (not an anime, but I think it counts in this case). Mona Marshall also did voices on Ralph Bakshi's Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures, the original run of which was just before my time, yet I feel fit to consider an honorary addition to my early childhood.

Could we count voice actors from other languages? My favorites voice actors was Daniel Gall who was the French VA of Actarus (Duke Fleed) in Goldorak (Grandizer), he also did lots of others dubs in others animes, cartoon and live-action series.

Flora Balzano who was the French VA of Astroboy (the 1980s remake), Sebastian in Belle & Sebastian and Wicky the Viking.

Richard Darbois in Albator/Captain Harlock, he was also the French VA of Batman in the 1990s Batman.

I have others well knowns French VA then I knew, unfortunately some had retired and others passed away like recently Benoit Marleau who did also voices in Wicky the Viking and more recently, the French voice of Moe in the Simpsons
