Gotta give it to Slade from Teen Titans. How cool a twist is that? The guy finally takes off his mask...but psyche! He's lost all his skin. Clever way to pull it off.

Going to have to disagree when it comes to Giovanni. Actually, I thought his reveal was a lot more of a disappointment. When he first appears, he seems so mysterious and evil, what with the silhouette and warped voice. Then he finally appears in person and...that's it? Of course now he's more or less a joke in the series with Meowth and his silly fantasies.

We saw Kenny's face at the end of "Bigger, Longer and Uncut." There, now this thread no longer has a lack of Kenny.

Watching "Masks" again, I think it's interesting how just getting a clear look at him in-costume was given the "big reveal" treatment.

I could probably go on for a while in video games or live-action, but... I'll have to come back to this.

Huntsman was definitely up there. Hazanko (Outlaw Star) keeps coming to mind, but he wasn't around long enough - three episodes plus a cameo halfway through the series - for me to really care when it finally happened.
