Mine would be Transformers season 3, M.A.S.K., Visionaries (although I've never seen it), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (first cartoon, seasons 1 through 7), and Karate Kid.

one of my favorite ones is the "powerpuff girls" theme song the amen break is so awesome o phineas and ferb and kimpossible theme songs come to mind too..

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?: So catchy, and has a sound more reminiscent of a classic pop song instead of your typical jingle of the era. I may have mixed feelings about the series over the years, but there's no denying it's a great theme song.

Transformers Animated: As much as I like the Transformers theme, the "Autobots rage their battle..." part always sounds forced. Not so with this version. Bonus points for using some of the guitar riffs from the LION's cover from the 1986 movie.
