Favorite Cartoon Character

Here's a few off the top of my head.

Bugs Bunny - What more can you say, he's simply an icon.

Snoopy - Perhaps everything you could possibly want in a dog.

Batman - What he lacks in superpowers, he makes up for it with his brains, athletisim and cool persona.

Yogi Bear - Anyone who loves to pig out is okay with me.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - I was turtles fanatic when I was a kid so they hold a soft spot in my heart.

Jessica Rabbit - Damn that Roger Rabbit!

Gogo Dodo - Too insane for words.

Huckleberry Hound - still waiting for his epic comeback.

Yakko, Wakko, and Dot - I miss these guys.

Pinky and The Brain - 'Are you pondering what I'm pondering Pinky?'
' I think so Brain, but where will we find rubber pants our size?'

It's tough to narrow it down to just one, but some of the characters who just seeing them puts a smile on my face would be:

Mickey Mouse (especially the 1930's versions): He's a pop-culture icon, he has an irresistable optimistic attitude that I find appealing. No matter how bad things get, Mickey seems to come out smiling at the end.

Snoopy: He's cute, sometimes philosophical (in the comic strips, not animation) and he has a wonderful imagination. You just want to give him a hug.

Uncle Scrooge Mc Duck: Ok, he's different from the other two...he's a multi-faceted character...he's a grouchy old curmudgeon, he's very set in his ways, if the slightest thing goes wrong, he panics, and he's a cheap old penny-pincher. But at the same time, he's resourceful, clever, "Sharper than the sharpies, and tougher than the toughies" and deep down he has a heart of gold, with a soft spot for his nephews, Donald, Huey, Dewey and Louie, and will try to get Donald and the boys to make a sucess of themselves. Uncle Scrooge is perhaps one of the more complex characters in Disney's comics and animated shows.

Here's two out of the thousands of favorites I have.

Dexter (Dexter's Lab) - I like Dexter because he's always getting into crazy situations because he thinks no one is as smart or smarter than him. Also when it comes down to it, he can be pretty cool. Dexter is my all time favorite character and his show is my all time favorite cartoon.

Billy (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy) - Billy is the funniest character on the show.

More later...

There are a lot of cartoon characters that I like, but I'll just list a few of my favorites.

The Joker - He's just so funny and so evil which IMO makes him extremely amusing. Even when I was really young I felt like he added so much to BTAS. He's like the opposite of Batman. (obvious statement I know) You couldn't ask for a better villain really.

Batman - He manages to be such a cool "bad ass" without ever really taking things too far. He doesn't kill people and even saves the villains most of the time. I find his sense of morality admirable....and he just looks and sounds really cool. He'll always be my favorite hero.

Mr. Incredible - He's so funny, and I love his character design. He's flawed and makes mistakes in the film which I actually liked because it made him seem more real. He's almost the opposite of Batman in a way because he's willing to take things pretty far to protect the people he cares about. I was surprised by how violent he was towards the bad guys...surprised but not really turned off by it. I mean it was understandable. His personality seemed very real to me....like he could have been an actual person. I was really impressed by how well rounded the character was.

Syndrome - He's probably one of the most sympathetic villains in existence. I really felt for him. He's also really funny and cute in a boyish sort of way. Despite the things he does in the film, I still don't see him as a heartless monster. He was obviously very selfish, but clearly that was because he was lacking something emotionally. He was just really screwed up and in desperate need of help. Seeing him as a little kid in the beginning of the film really made an impression on me. The kid knew something was going on inside him and was clearly confused and angry and was looking for understanding from Mr. Incredible. Unfortunately he did it in a really over the top way (and Mr. I didn't understand the seriousness of the situation) and was basically told to get lost. You really have to be direct with a character like Syn cause he interpreted that incident vastly differently than Mr. I did. Syn drew his own conclusions and from then on was fueled by hate and jealousy (he was consumed by the "demons" he was trying to fight even as a small boy) and an intense desire to prove Mr. I wrong. I find it very sad really.

Dr. Drakken - He's really funny and I like how he's been wronged in the past and desperately wants to prove his genius to the world. I tend to like these kinds of over the top villains. I like the way he moves too. (arms always behind his back all cool like)

Daffy - Daffy will always be my favorite looney toons character. (the crazy version) I just always really liked how off the wall and funny he was.

There are others, but I guess that's enough.

1-Ben & Gwen Tennyson (Ben 10)

2-Hinata Hyuga & Sakura Haruno (Naruto)

3-Hellboy & Liz Sherman (Hellboy Animated)

4-Alexis & Atticus Rhodes (Yugioh! GX)

5-Ami & Yumi (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi)

6-Aang & Sokka (Avatar:The Last Airbender)

Note:What seems to me someone removed it and who was not.

My favorite cartoon character has to be Jay Sherman from The Critic. Jon Lovitz's performance was awesome as the pathetic unpopular yet sympathetic cable tv movie critic.

Too hard to pick one.

Avatar, Toph, Uncle Iroh
Bugs, Daffy and the gang.
Funky Phantom and Boo
Ren & Stimpy
Invader Zim
Superman STAS
Batman Beyond (Terry)
