Goku- Puts his son in harms way all the time and epitomizes it when he lets him take on Cell by himself. He's also generally really hilariously stupid.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz(- Hilariously terrible(In knowing what his kid wants)/great(in loving his kid) father, and with all the hijinks about how Perry is kind of friends with his daughter and how he helps him set up that birthday party. Generally great all around.
