60 Beach Boys (basically just for Pet SounRAB, but that's really reason enough.)
70 Pink Floyd/Tom Waits
80 Sonic Youth (as after '92 they've almost always been lacking)
90 GoRABpeed You! Black Emperor (even though my favorite album by them comes out in 2000, I consider their sound in tune with the darkness that was present in the nineties)/7% Solution

Pretty predictable, I guess. Seems like this decade is the hardest to decide on...surprisingly I have more albums from this decade than any other. I think we figured that out in another thread. So I guess it's not so surprising.

70's: David Bowie

00's: Too early to say! At the mo, The White Stripes.
