Favorite Animated Holiday Specials

I love all of the classic Disney Shorts that have Christmas or Halloween themes. My favorite Halloween ones are Hell's Bells, Duck Pimples, Lonesome Ghosts, and The Skeleton Dance. For Christmas my favorites are The Night Before Christmas and Santa's Workshop.

I have to give some love to the Danny Phantom Christmas episode, it took some excellent writing to have nearly every line in the show rhyme.

Ohhh I could go on and on. But my all time favorites would have to be...

"Charlie Brown Christmas"
"How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (animated)
"The Nightmare before Christmas"
"Mickey's Christmas Carol"
"Sing-a-long-very merry Christmas songs" (An old classic to decorate the tree to))
"Animaniacs: Hellooooo Holidays"
"Pinky and the Brain Christmas"

This is making me excited for the Holiday Season ^____^

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, of course. Also out of the Rankin-Bass canon: Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, and the little-seen Life & Adventures of Santa Claus.

Also definite seconds for A Charlie Brown Christmas and It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown ("I got a rock!"), as well as the animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

Best Christmas episode of an animated series ever: "A Very Possible Christmas", from Kim Possible. (Shego to Drakken, who's channeling Dr. Seuss: "You've stopped using words." Ron, on the phone: "I'd like the number for 911 immediately, please!" And the whole Snowman Hank shtick, expertly riffing on Rudolph....)
