There are so many its difficult to pick one and people say the 80's were **** for music though I suppose it was if you just listened to Stock, Aiken & Waterman.

Talk Talk - Colour Of Spring

Prince - Parade

The Cure - Disintegration

Tears For Fears - The Hurting

Dean..

Celtic Frost - Brilliant brilliant album and truly under appreciated.
Death - what more can you say? Zorabie Ritual is still fuck heavy.
Possesed- was never a fan of this. The production was terrible but their later EP 'The Eyes Of Horror' is one of my favourite Metal releases. Saying that an up for this would be appreciated for a nostalgic listen.
John Zorn - OMG. everyone should own this masterpiece.

I forgot to mention in my posts here that in the eighties REM were in Top form too... Green, Document and Murmur are among my favorite albums of all time!

Even better than good if you still have a taste for synth...

I was a young lad in the 80s, but I Moving Pictures (Rush) was in the cassette player while I played Legos quite often.
