Yeah, apparently PG decided there would be no cyrabals used on PG3, though I'm not sure if that sound was developed on this album, or on Face Value. I know Phil Collins was involved somewhere along the way.

Anyway, a tour de force of drumming on this album, particularly 'No Self Control'.

Listen to it again and I challenge you to find a cyrabal or hi-hat...

Too many to name really so I will just say Tom Waits Rain Dogs/Pixies Doolittle. These also happen to be 2 of my all time favorites.

There's plenty of great stuff to cherish from the eighties, just stay away from those cursed top forty charts...

In the eighties alternative really was an alternative and not just another part of the main stream...

I have to say......I'm surprised that more of you arn't saying The Talking HeaRAB. Remain In Light is phenominal and I reccommend it to anyone.

The Seduction by Ludus has been creeping up the list for a while, although I could have picked any of them.

that's the single!
