Yeah, Konami made it. The Tiny Toons game by Treasure was Buster's Bad Dream. (for the GBA)

My choice? Probably TMNT: Turtles in Time for the SNES. Awesome, awesome game.

Konami actually changed up Turtles in Time enough from the arcade to SNES version to actually make the game worth playing twice. The best addition to the SNES version was that they actually implamented the "Throwing Foot Soldiers into the screen" into a boss battle.

Word. My brothers and I would play TMNT: Turtles in Time whenever we wanted to while away the hours (though with all 3 of us playing together, we'd usually beat the game in about an hour).

Turtles in Time was one of the few Arcade games I actually played all the way though. I probably spend twenty bucks to beat it.

I stand corrected, it was Buster's Bad Dream. I must have gotten them confused. But I still really enjoyed Buster Busts Loose.
