Fave Film adaption of a Roald Dahl book?

For me its Matilda, went to see it at the cinima then got it on video when it came out. Used to watch it everyday and knew it word for word. Then read the book and fell in love with it all over again. I also love the witches, even if it did scare me as a kid, never read the book though.

Roald Dahl didn't like The Witches either due to them changing the ending slightly, I think The Twits would make a good live action or stop motion film, George's Marvellous Medicine would be good as would The Magic Finger.

Haha, glad you agree! I really hope they do make one sometime soon though! It was by far my fave book of his! I'm not sure if a film or an animated cartoon type thing would be better though? What are your thoughts?

Haha, glad to have reminded you :p At first I found the whole puppet thing weird but after I'd gotten over that I really liked it! George Clooney was great as Fantastic Mr Fox!

I must have skimmed over it the first time, I've commented on it now though! :D
