Bugs Bunny- Although Mel Blanc said that Bugs' voice was actually a cross between a Brooklyn accent and a Bronx accent.

Strech from the Ghostly Trio in the Casper movie and animated series. Though technically it's more of a Jersey accent.

Oh, you mean seriously? Mario and Luigi from Super Mario Bros.

Here's my favorite Brooklyn characters:

Mario & Luigi(SMB)
The Thing(Fantastic Four)
Impmon(Digimon Tamers) - I find it funny with his attacks named "Badaboom."
Ataru(Lum:Urusei Yatsura) - In the 2nd movie "Beautiful Dreamer," he had Joey Wheeler's voice in the dub, if it's the same voice actor or not.
Brooklyn(Gargoyles)
Spagettibout It(Fighting Foodons) - Funny that he had Joey's voice as well.
Arbormon(Digimon Frontier) - I think he had a Brooklyn gangster voice in the dub.
Loogie(South Park)
Robot Mafia boss(Futurama)

Joey isn't Brooklyn, just his accent that 4Kids gave him, making it sometimes difficult to concentrate on card games.

I'll also have to say Mario and Luigi (though I prefer them as Italian plumbers not Brookyln) and Bugs Bunny (I always liked the short with him remembering a dog trying to give him a hard time growing up in New York).
