For the past couple of weeks I've been having a hard time getting up in the morning and going through the day. I feel really hot in the neck and heade morning in th but I dont have a temperature. I get 8 hours of sleep usually but I always feel tired (I sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor of an apartment.) I'm very skinny and I want to exercise but I feel so icky that I can barely do my day to day business. I'm also having occasional heart palpitations. It's very hard to deal with. Does anyone have any advice?
