Might be swelling causing the issue. could be serious and might even lose his vision. let the doctor know... nurses will forget.

There can be a lot of possibilites. I know serious head injuries can cause something similar to the eye problems you are talking about. Have you gotten an MRI? The hospital will probably say it's not nessessary, but a CAT scan and/or MRI can tell you a lot that you can't see. CAT Scans are like an XRay for your brain, they can see everything but cannot see the tissue for any bruising or swelling. That's what an MRI is for, but they are expensive. It's also possible that something could have hit the eye socket and tore the muscles that hold the eye in place. I would visit an actual Eye doctor after he gets out of the hospital for this.

problem.? He was involved in a motorcycle accident today and when we saw him right after it happened his eyes looked crossed. Then we found out that his right eye could move but his left eye only went up and down and would not look to the left. what could be wrong? We had to tell the hospital staff about it for them to even do something about it so I am looking for help Please answer soon
I told the nurses and since he has a spleen injury they are acting as if it is nothing.. His speech was slurred and his eyes were crossed i am just concerned. I am just trying to find out more specifics so I can confront the doctors about it
