O Olivia Hazell New member Oct 5, 2010 #2 You may have Rosacea. Redness is an indication of Rosacea. Do you see small tiny bloodvessels on your nose and or cheeks? Rosacea will cause the nose to get larger. I have Rosacea and my nose is getting larger. It was skinny a few years ago.
