FAT CAT with a different muffler

Has anyone mated another muffler (quieter) to the Fat Cat header?

Seems like Phil M put a Supertrapp muffler on Fat Cat header. It was posted here I believe.

PhilM and a few others have mounted a Supertrapp muffler to it. You will have to weld on some mounts in the rear, and make an extension pipe since the Supertrapp muffler is shorter then the Fatcat muffler.

I saw that somewhere but can't find it now,I see the Supertrapp is 24" long like my muffler but they don't come in chrome. I was hoping there's something quieter out there,I had the Supertrapp 2-1 on my 107 and it wore us down after a couple of hours.

I'm going to modify the quiet baffle for the Fatcat to make it even quieter. See how that works out when I get around to doing it.

The setup I've used is a Trapp can on a Boarzilla, NOT a FatCat... The 24" Trapp can is just the right length for a Boarzilla.

You also wanna be sure to get the endcap I have in the pic. It's labeled "closed course use only", but it's the one ya want.
