fat camp???? Weight loss?

my mom says that if i dont start to lose weight and lower my tryglicerides soon then she will send me to a fat camp. Im a bit overweight but not huge, and im 14. She also told me if i dont act fast i will die at 18. I was so mad. She tells me i dont excersize or eat healthy and that i dont understand that i need to try harder. Im so angry, i want to lose a lot of weight relle fast, so my plan is to eat fruit and water for the next week. because i dont want to go to fat camp. so this ok, or not? and how much weight will i lose?
 
You can't live on fruit and water ><
Sure, it's healthy, but you need protein and the other things on the food pyramid.

Your mom should be encouraging you, not threatening you. You won't die at 18, promise.
Don't get pressured into becoming crazy about losing weight (which often leads to eating disorders) but try to make a plan on excersize and food.
Cut down your calories 500 less day until you get to around....2000 or maybe 1500 and then keep it there (those calories should NOT be made up from junk food) I find that usually, I can get my calories from fast food or junk food, and then I'll be satisfied with my consumption, but then it turns to fat and my cut-back was worthless.

Hm...there's no way to really melt fat off your body, but if you really want to, change your diet, and try to lose calories (excersize) as you take it in
 
First, check your BMI. See how much you are overweight.

The old adage is true. Eat less+ exercise more = weight lost. That's it, plain and simple.

1) cut back on portion sizes. Instead of a big mac, eat a cheeseburger.
Instead of eating a whole bag of chips, eat 1/3.
2) Starting eating fruits and veggies like crazy. Smoothies are great, salads with low fat dressing.
3) EXERCISE!!!! Start out with 10 minute walks twice a day. After a week, go up to 15 minutes, then start walking a little faster, then 20 minutes, then walk a little faster. Walk up to 45 minutes twice a day. Then start trying out other exercises you might like to do.
4) BE EASY ON YOURSELF!! You're going to want that full fat ice cream! Good, have one little scoop and 3 scoops of non-fat ice cream. Just take it slow and easy. It's going to take a long time to build good habits and get rid of the bad ones.
 
Ok you can loose weight by eating healthy food and exercising a lot but if you don't eat and just drink water it will be bad for you! Remember you are trying to loose a few pounds and not look like a really skinny person who looks like if they don't eat.
