I'm trying to get fat or muscular this summer, whichever happens first. I tried getting fat before (for like 2 summers) but i failed so horribly that i lost weight instead...(i have no idea how that happened. I ate stuff like crazy and idk wtf happened.) Anyways, i'm a male, 6'3", and very thin. I weigh about 137 lbs. I tried working out that kinda produced results, but i got bored...real fast..Anyways im gonna try and get a gym membership to see if i can get "fatter" with muscles rather than fat. But if u guys have any suggestions on how i should get fat, they're very welcome....

P.S does alot of protein make u fat, or does it just help repair muscles?
i tried eating junk food. and sitting on the couch all day....doing nothing but it doesnt help ..
