does the workout programs(weight lifting exercises) differ by what your goal is (gain muscle,lose fat) except the cardio ones (i know you should do more cardio for fat loss)
so do they differ that much?
or is everything about the calories intake?
im asking because the gym i go to,i have a program made for me,but no one asked me if i wish to lose or gain weight,and im wondering if this is going to affect the results after all.
