Fastest, Sharpest, Qualitative Best Camera to buy. Suggestions!?

I consider buying a new Camera, right now I have a Canon, and four lenses, which is ok, but i would like to buy a Nikon. But I'm not really sure about it. My camera should be fast, it should take sharp pictures, it should also take good pictures in darker regions, switchable lenses, and I think it's kinda cool to have a video-funktion. Any suggestions?
