faster 2004 acura rsx base?

I have the 04 base model and wanna add horse power to it.Currently i have a cold air intake,DC headers and a cat back exhaust on my rsx.
what should be my next step to add power and make it faster?


something besides turbo or supercharger, not enough cash for that yet.
 
add power? well, a chip. forged pistons, port polishing, other expensive stuff.

just make it lighter for now, carbon fiber hood, take out the back seat, spare tire, lightweight fiberglass windows, etc.

oh, and drive safe, and don't race on the streets. really.
