fast honda civic model?

the like hatchbacks from 2000-04 had a k20 a3 with 160 hp and there light and yeah but suck when turning, there more of a straight line thing, i like the integra gsr its got a b18 c i think an thats got about 195 hp now neither of these are at the wheels but still the gsr would be a better choice and much cheaper, i think the earlier si before 2000 had b16's but i'm not sure but thats 180 hp i think but might be less

Im looking at possible getting a honda civic si. i dont want a new one so i was looning at one that was 2000 and up what model should i get that would be the fastest stock. and if there is a better one of an earlier year i would like to know. thanks
