HAHAHAHAHAH I so hope your joking because i can tell you some pretty fucked up things about them tacos.
Infact i think i will.
Your average taco is put in the cheapest of tortilla's. This means some weeks its corn, some weeks its cheaply made flour ones. Jack doesnt care, its all about keeping his price low and gouging you. So anyway, the letuice we stuff in them tacos may or may not be fresh. It depends on how many of them you order and whos on shift. Ive seen people take the used lettuice that sits in the dry taco tray for a few hours and throw it in the taco with no care. If your luck the letuice was eather cut the day before or the day of your order. It again all depends on whos workin and how many you order (The more you order, the more you enrage the fryer posistion crew member because they get shafted and have to work fryer/taco posistions because of jacks cheapness and innability to staff a restraunt.)
The taco's themselves contain almost no meat. I say almost no meat because you never know what falls into the vat of soy protien while its being made. This is them sprayed into the taco and then they are hard frozen and shipped out. We put em in the deep freezer and move them to the fridge as needed. From there they go in the point of Use fridge or POU. From there they go in the fryer. The oil in said fryer may or may not be good. It all depends on teh store and how many workers actualy give two shits about your food quality (You'll notice most jack employees eat lunch elsewhere for a reason).
The cheese in them tacos... yeah dont get to comfortable with it eather. Ive seen almost every worker besides myself leave it sitting out for hours on end till it hardens up. Then it gets put in a taco and you eat that shit.
Theres holdtimes for everything but they are frequently ignored because its considered too much of a waste of meterial to toss lettiuce thats bad or cheese thats hard by employees and management.
So there ya go, some simple facts about tacos and Jack. True you may like em but i think im stayin away from them Alpo tacos... infact Alpo tacos might be too good of a quality stamp.
Also a big :mfinger: to anyone who thinks that 40 tacos is a reasonable order. Ive had orders up to 70 tacos at a time. Its a fucking bitch to cook that many because your workin two stations at once and gotta neglect the other station to make them fuckers. This leads to every other crew member thinkin your dickin off cause they see you doing nothin but tacos.
