Fashion tips and advice?? urgent pls?

I am 12 years old and in a couple of weeks i am going to my Uncles friends surprise birthday party, but i have nothing to wear at the moment and i was wondering if you know of anything i can wear, that's quite girly and cool pls thanks (in advance)
 
Personally, i would find a little pink sun dress, match it with a cardigan in a bright color, and some flats or kitten heels.

If it's cold around this time of year where you live- just throw a jacket over the cardigan, and get some white or black tights, and boots

(That's what I'm wearing for a csual/formal today :] )
