Faramir & Eowyn (LOTR): How to Seduce a Shieldmaiden With the Horn of Gondor
Oh WO-AH. We should play this game : reply once a month in the Farawyn thread
I think there's no one left :look:
Yep, buddy, they'll better treat Faramir/Eowyn well, because I really missed their moments in the third movie. I was re-watching ROTK for the first time since my unique viewing in the theater, and, though some parts annoyed me less much the second time, I really felt the void created by the lack of F/E moments and romance. After all, it is kinda gloomy to think that neither Faramir, nor Eowyn, two of the most tragic characters in the books, will get a happy ending after all they'd been through... I felt that all the "cage" speeches by Eowyn and all her craving for a happy existence in the second book/movie were vain, and that it was such a pity that they would not show that Faramir, who was family-orphan in the end of the story, finally found someone to love and who loves him back.
Oh yeah, well, Peter Jackson, if you disappoint me once again, you'd better watch your back while walking in the street.
