James Arnold Taylor as Luffy. I can't say I ever thought of that but it would be great!
Steven Blum as Buggy the Clown would be hillariously awesome though since it's an option... Mark Hammil as Buggy while predicatable would be a laugh riot.
I see you have Tom Kenny on there but he's not Usopp... how can this be? I think he'd make a fantastic Usopp.

Or possibly Seth MacFarland (since you have him already) doing the voice he did for Hellboy II. Though MacFarland as Mr. 2 might be even better.

Yep, actually, Townsend Coleman as Franky's practically the first one I thought of because of The Tick. James Arnold Taylor as Luffy came to me when I was actually watching him do voice work...I was like: " Duuuuuude." The guy's got energy. What can I say? Mark Hamill would be a great Buggy. Maybe I should of put two choices down, too.
Yeah, I know Tom Kenny would be an awesome Usopp, but Keith Ferguson just came to mind. Hmm...now, that you mention it, Tom Kenny might be the better Usopp.
Ashley Tisdale as Nami pretty much came from a friend's suggestion when I was showing him a clip of Phineas & Ferb and he thought she'd be a good Nami. I was a little unsure about it myself. But, her character in Phineas & Ferb does share some Nami traits...except Nami's more of a looker. If I didn't choose her as Nami, I'd probably choose someone like Kari Wahlgren or something. But, there's probably a better Nami out there. Just hasn't come to mind.
Had to put Kevin Conroy somewhere. I figured him as Dragon would be pretty interesting.
Kizaru got me stumped to be honest. I wasn't all that far into the manga when I was doing this a month ago. I finished the C9 arc at that time, so I didn't really get to see this character yet. I'll change it to someone else when I find someone that can fit. I'll put Rob Paulson somewhere else.
