Fantastic Four is one of the worst super-hero movies I have ever seen, and I'm a fan of the super-hero genre. It's got terrible storyline, terrible effects, average acting and poor dialogue, it's worse than mediocre. It's in the same league as Batman & Robin, I wasn't even entertained watching it. Oh and it has a very uninteresting villain. I've also heard that it's very unfaithful to the original source, putting the comics to shame.

As a faithful comics fan, I hated it completely....well not completely the Thing was well done, but it's so far removed from the comics it's absurd, Dr Doom is an incredible villain, Who is the lord of Latvia, As super intelligent as reed and versed in witchcraft, He's an awesome character, In the film he's a turd made of metal, Plus to change the characters origins I understand why it has to be updated, But I liked the updated X-Men & Spider-Man films, This was just a turkey of a film

i loved the movie i went to the movies to watch it and then got it on dvd 2 disc one.

i love super hero movies and comic book heros.

Yeah thought it was really quite good, not gr8 but good!!
I've seen much worse comic book film's, Daredevil for one!!!

i didnt like hulk i thought it lost the plot 1/2 way and it felt like the storey drags on.

See, I think Chris Evans (Human Torch) saved it from being completely disastrious, his humour and the way he interacted with other characters was brilliant especially seeing as he improvised most of his lines.

My favourite was the "whipped cream" scene with him and Micheal Chikklis (The Thing). Hilarious!

But, I see what everyone means. The plot was not as well thought out as it could have been and there were large areas of the comics missing or distorted. However, if the creator Stan Lee is happy with the outcome I suppose that's all the matters.

Hated it. My contempt for this film knows no bounRAB when I compare it to other recent superhero films it doesn't even register as mediocre. I'd say Spider-man 1/2, X-men 1/2 and Batman Begins were ALL far far better than this guff.

batman begins is a lovly movie

spiderman that is just one of the best movies

x men the way they tell the storey and the effects wonderful.

(got all them on dvd)

can't wait till x men 3 comes out and spiderman 3 and superman returns.

It's okay, it's not bad, it's just not very outstanding. Not in the same league as Batman Begins or Spiderman, but much better than Batman Forever.
