Washed my 04 R6 yesterday and then today, I took it for a ride and when I came to a stop, I noticed it was overheating. The bike's fan is supposed to turn on at 214 degrees. But it didn't. Then waiting for it to cool down, started it up and once it hit 214 degrees, the fan did not kick on again. So I'm pretty sure that is my problem of overheating.
Oil looks fine, filled to correct level, coolant is fine and no signs of head gasket. Any info on what to check or why this happened? Hasn't happened before.
Well it has been 24 hours since I washed it. About that exact time.
It sucks now cause the bike is stuck at my friend's house until I can get this fixed because I don't wanna ride it like this back to my house.
