Yes, and yes. The episodes in question were "Stuck Together, Torn Apart" and "Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington", respectively.
Also, Victoria Principal and Patrick Duffy both make a live action cameo at the end of "Da Boom", which parodies the dream sequence cop out that was done for Patrick Duffy's return to Dallas.
