Family Guy - "Peter-assment" - Talkback [3/21]

Peter-assment stole the night, frankly. There wasn't anything in this episode that anybody can complain about, and it gave a social message that wasn't force fed: That sexual harassment exists on both tables and to think otherwise would be pretty sexist.

Um, yeah, really manly...

Very few cutaways or non-sequitors tonight. On the contrary, we got one very strong plot with no B-plot in site.

The Teri Schiavo musical is pretty bad, but that whole scene made me laugh. Peter's home video and the TMZ parody was also spot-on. Loved the montage with him following random citizens of Quahog. The Cancun joke was also great.

It's amusing that now that FG is good again these threads are less active. The Internet is nothing without people complaining about something.

"Terry Schaivo: The Musical," or "We've done so many tasteless references that the well is running seriously dry, so enjoy this."

All they wanna DO now is creep you out. Some people complain that The Office has too many awkward moments. Come on, The Office is nothing. They clearly don't watch this.

Funny/disturbing episode,

The highlights:
Those kids are good actors/singers at the Terri Schiavo musical play.
Poor Stewie has stage fright & peed his pants, hahahaha:D:p.
Hehehe, Brian repeated Chris's stage fright comment.
Poor Richard Dreyfuss caught in Peter's video camera, hahahaha.
Future Peter cutting off his hand was sick/funny, hehehe.
On TMZ, Rene Russo was so ugly.
Haha, Peter putting his Richard Dreyfuss video to TMZ.
Peter wanting to be a video paparazzi like Homer, hahaha.
The black & white picture of Peter's uncle, "Guy In The White Hat Griffin."
Peter video taping Stewie, Tom Tucker, Mayor Adam West, & Ollie was hilarious, hahahaha:p:D.
Mayor Adam West wanting to be rug, hahahaha, you gotta love him and his crazy antics.
Ollie would of beat up Peter besides his video camera, hahahaha.
Woooow, Peter gets contact lenses.
Ugh, Angela likes poor Peter:ack:.
The Peter/Dolphin gag was funny/disturbing.
Peter hates to be sexual harrassed, hehehe.
Peter making Angela hear Chris's breathing, hehehe.
Quagmire's plan having to hide in Peter, hahahaha.
Go Quagmire to bash Angela to call her ugly & a complete dumpster pile, hehehe:p, since she is my least favorite character.
Go Robert Mitchell to make Peter stand up to Angela.
Nice to see Horace.
Angela committing suicide, yeeesss.
Poor Peter having to help find a man for Angela which he would of decked her, hehehe.
Hahaha, Peter cheated on his wife having to be Reginald which Angela knew it was him, ouch.
The brothers in China gag, hehehe.
Hahahaha, Mort hiding in Peter too, hahahaha.

Peter's paparazzi plot was better than Homer's in Homerazzi, I would of wished for that plot to be longer though.

Only caught a bit of it but I was very creeped out by Peter's uncle "Guy in the white hat Griffin." Seriously the way his face was put into the pic was so odd it was funny.

Is this the first Family Guy episode where Peter wears contact lenses in place of glasses temporary?

I wouldn't buy a Mayor West rug anyway.

Really enjoyed this episode. I liked how a plot about Peter being a paparazzi became one about his boss hitting on him. As for Stewie thing, I'm surprised that the stage fright wasn't touched upon later in the episode, but the main plot was so strong, that I didn't mind it in the end.

I think more people have just stopped trying to voice their complaints because there are certain Family Guy fans who freak out if anyone points out arguments that an episode was weak.

No that's not it. :p It really does seem like a) the episodes have been getting better and b) the play-by-plays as the episodes are actually airing are not as frequent now, which limits posts.

I liked last week's episode better, but this was solid and it had a good plot. Peter's papparazi thing did not get any laughs, I thought the Simposons episode Homerazzi was better when dealing with the subject material. not that anyone really cares, but I give this 5/5 Awsome for being another solid ep.

If people are too busy enjoying the episode then there's not gonna be any play-by-play. If you're typing something on a message board then you're not really paying attention to it. I can understand visiting a message board during commerical breaks, I've done that myself, but doing it while the episode is running shows a lack of interest.

Very good episode. I liked this a lot.
This is one of the best seasons of Family Guy and it's a lot more enjoyable than the previous one and a half.
