I really didn't like that. I was sort of thinking we got through to them on extended cutaways like that. I'm especially offended at that since I have to clear my throat when I talk all the time. Anyway, sorry if I sound bitter. It's just been a long week.
There were parts I liked though like the Waldorf and Statler reference and the part with Mr. Furley. I actually had 'Three's Company' in mind when that scene began.
About Quagmire bashing Brian, well they did establish why he didn't like him which was good. But that does sound a bit hypocritical. After all, Brian is the one who often has a lot of moral values and Quagmire is just, well, a pervert. So in turn Brian could have bashed him as well. I often wonder about how often Brian and Quagmire interacted in previous eps. Was there any evidence before that Quagmire hated Brian? They're not always very good with continuity so I had that thought.
