Family Guy - "Excellence in Broadcasting" - Talkback [10/3]

Well, they updated the openings of The Simpsons and American Dad, so I guess it was apparent they'd do it with this one.

Well, they didn't waste a moment to make the events of last week canon. At least Tom was released. And they certainly didn't beat around the bush with any continuity errors between this episode and the one where Lois worked for Fox News.

I agree; it looks more full and smooth compared to the regular flat, limited animation style "Family Guy" was known to utilize. And it wasn't a big deal like the new Simpsons intro was, how they had to jazz it up and everything.

And while we're at it, let's see Spongebob (one of the Simpsons' main competitors next to "Family Guy") get revamped in wide-screen high definition with an updated intro, but I'm betting it might be like the Simpsons' took-it-too-far intro

Wait a minute, Stan appeared on an episode of Family Guy, in their universe. But that turned out to be a fantasy- You know what this is just a show, I should really just relax.
