Family Guy - "And Then There Were Fewer" - Talkback [9/26]

he DIED in that episode? I mean, yes i saw him get run over by the tank..i didnt realize it killed him lol.

eh also, referring to the foreshadowing of Diane being the killer, i seem to remember something like that near to the beginning of the episode.

Also wanted to mention for those who missed james woods and his "ooh piece of candy" catchphrase he did say "ooh tiny taco. I'll have one of those".

Anyone thinks they will actully kill off a character here. I am sure Wood will survive, but this could be a way to kill off a character, they have done it before.

I hope the killer isn't Woods' partner. That would just be far too predictable.

Otherwise, this episode's pretty entertaining so far. Much better than the underwhelming Simpsons and Cleveland Show premieres.

*crosses fingers for a shocker*

Did anyone else notice the animation error when Muriel was murdered. Before it happened, Meg & Tom Tucker went through secret passages and got seperated from the group. When everyone found Muriel's body, they were with the group. However after the scene, they meet up with the group, explaining their absence.

It's something I noticed when I saw it on Hulu.

I'm pretty sure it was just Tom, actually.

But then again, I wouldn't be surprised if some characters magically vanished because of how many of them were there.

Loved this episode. Very atmospheric and dark and interesting. Also thought the humour worked very well.

And I think Lori Alan deserves serious kudos for her little speech at the end of this episode. She's got such a beautiful voice.

This was a fantastic episode all around. I don't mind it when a series changes status quo for an episode when they get a really good boundary-breaking idea, and in this case it succeeded.

I don't see why anyone is concerned about the future of Channel 5. Canon-wise, I expect Tucker's name to be unofficially cleared, and for him to get that new co-anchor he wanted (since Diane is kind of dead.) The newscasts will probably be much the same as ever.

Family Guy - "And Then There Were Fewer" - Talkback [9/26]

I haven?t looked forward to new episodes of Family Guy this much since the season the returned from cancellation.
It feels like the show is taking some chances and doing some good things to keep from getting stagnant.

It was smart to have Brian and Quagmire hate each other. We just saw a hint of that in this episode and I think we can keep an eye on them as the tension heats up.

I may be alone on this, but I think there is some undercurrents in Lois and Peters? marriage. Last season they were moving closer together, mostly because Lois was becoming much more like Peter. Now at the end of this episode we see a seed of something else developing.

Lots of surprises in who died in this one.
Though I don't see any reason why Tom wouldn't be back at the news desk when they need him.

Good one!
Except when I go into an episode of Case Closed I put my game face on to see if I can catch all the details needed to solve the mystery.
With Family Guy I had to keep reminding my self to turn off that part of my brain. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think there was any way to figure this one out until Lois caught that slip.
But still a good episode and I found it enjoyable.

Tasty Cakes Mort is hilarious.
Shoot at him because he's a jew Mort just make me not like everyone else.
