Family Guy - "And I'm Joyce Kinney" - Talkback [1/16]

The CBS execs aren't evil. They're just idiots who are distracted very easily. James Woods manipulated them (though whether it was to get back at Brian is not proven).
 
I felt bad for Joyce, but in the end, she actually helped out Lois, who pulled a Ryan Seacrest.

There were some great jokes, Lois and Stewie at the grocery store, Bears in Space becoming Pigs in Space because Miss Piggy beat the crap out of Kermit, and Peter trying to give Consuela his number (usually I'd find it overly long, but for some reason, Consuela just makes me laugh).



That was funny, but there's no way he's Stewie's father, I mean, Stewie isn't nearly old enough to be the product of what happened on that set.
 
Okay episode.

My favorite parts were:

Lois laughing every time the minister said anything.
Stewie saying BILF. Wrong but funny.
The muppet spoof that hinted at Miss Piggy abusing Kermit was different.
Peter trying to give Consuela his cell number was funny to watch.
I couldn't believe Lois told Joyce she made an adult film in the 80s' and then when the Griffins tuned into the news I was surprised they would run that as a news piece.
Once I learned how Lois treated Joyce in school I was happy that she got Lois back with the news story on channel 5.
Peter's comment about the other people at church being filler was hilarious.
I was totally shocked when Lois' adult movie was played at church.
Quagmire's reaction to it was priceless.
The part with Brian at the end grossed me out until I figured out it was a women using lipstick.
Stewie's look a like was weird.
 
I find it odd that people are agreeing that Lois got what she deserved in this episode. Yes, she was cruel to Joyce in high school but when you think about it, lots of kids are horrible to each other when they're this age. And eventually you grow up, realize the things you did were wrong and you try to find a way to move on. Lois is in her early '40s, meaning Joyce held a grudge for at least 25 years. Finding the need to ruin someone's adult life a quarter of the century after the fact is pretty messed up, especially when it's done in a way that threatened to cut Lois off from an entire town.
 
great episode loved the intro,Lois vomit,the face book joke, Chris and Meg insults and the fake porno bits were my favorite p[arts

yeah all the spoof intro been great one poer season would be nice maybe one based on Family Matters would be great.
 
Good episode. Fave jokes: Quagmire's reaction to Lois' porn flick, the disucssion with the preost about saying porn or porno, Peter's comment on the background characters, Stewie pointing at Lois with a gun, Peter giving his phone to Consuela & Meg and Chris at school.
