Take the points and write your own letter to the Dean telling him that you didn't do so and that if there is any evidence that you did you would like it to be shown to you in his presence and that if the teacher is either unable or unwilling to do so that you would like the letter stating that there was suspicion of cheating removed from your record.

Tell the dean your attorney says you want an apology from the teacher/grader and for all records to be corrected absent any derogatory implications. Absent that, you will be filing a lawsuit against all involved.
You need to hit these people hard and let them know their place.

After I took a biology test I felt great. I knew I did well and was quite sure that I would get at least an A. However, when i checked my grade online, it said 69/93. I was like wtf????
I went on the day when we got our tests back and saw the problem. The grader did not see one of the biggest problems on the test. I told the teacher and he checked it off. Two weeks later, he said that there was some sort of "suspicion" related to my test. I was like seriously? why dont they just fucken change what they messed up on?
I see him again like 2 weeks later and he tells me that the grader thinks (keyword THINKS) that I wrote in the answers after I got the test back.
Another week later, he tells me that I am able to get my points but a note will be sent to the dean of arts and sciences regarding the "suspicion" of cheating.

WTF is this? I didnt do shit. I took the test, turned it in, and the grader failed to grade it correctly.
What can i do? The teacher said that I won't get it on my permanent record but who knows when another dumbass grader will mess up grading and accuse it on me?

MUCH THANKS TO PEOPLE WHO ANSWERRRRR D:
