I have taken 3 pregnancy tests which have all come back negative. The last time I was sexually active was about 4 weeks ago. I took 2 tests last week and one test this week. I should have gotten my period about 2 and a half weeks ago but it never came, I only got brown discharge/spotting that was light and lasted for one day. I am on birth control. I have been experiencing cramps, fatigue, headaches, back pain, and nausea starting this week. My breasts feel somewhat tender but not anything super abnormal. I am in the midst of a stressful circumstance so I don't want to attribute everything to pregnancy, but I am showing many symptoms. Could I still be pregnant?
False pregnancy test, but I feel pregnant? PLEASE help!?
