False Positive With Equate Brand Blue Dye Test?

I'm not really TTC, but I think I ovulated on August 14th and I had sex on August 15th.

Well today with first morning urine I took an Equate Brand blue dye test. The test says results are valid up to ten minutes after peeing on it. Well I saw a faint positive line pop up at minute 7. It's still visible.

So on Wednesday morning I took the same test and it was total BFN. There were NO evaporation lines on that test and I kept it for over 12 hours.

My nipples are tingly, my lower back hurts, I'm cramping, and I feel bloated.

Did I get a false positive? Also I have PCOS, but I recently lost 20 lbs.

Either one of these could false.
The best thing to do is call your doctor and get a bloodtest done.
I lost 20lbs with PCOS.
Got my BFP... a month later.

I'm not sure about your situations but I can tell you I have had 2 evaps with the double line blue equate tests. It was a perfectly clear blue line and was there all the next few days as well. So we had my partner pee on one and it said he was pregnant!! hahaha. I was so pissed! Do not use those tests they are known for their colored evap lines. All it did was give me false hope =(.Goodluck to you hopefully yours is not the case.
