A car went in to the back of me on a dual carriageway. My insurance company are siding with the other driver as I had changed lanes a while before the incident. I changed lanes and it was clear and I had been driving safely in the lane for at least 2 minutes, maybe more. The lane change definitely had nothing to do with the accident.
Also I took photos of the offending car as i had a feeling the man might try to claim even though he had no damage (he was very rude and threatening after the incident and the police where called by us but did not attend). I have been told he is claiming for uninsured damages but his or our car were not damaged so I am unsure what his claim is for.
can anyone help me?
