Fallout New Vegas: How do I get Arcade Back In My Party?

After I completed that enclave/remnants quest "for aug do sync" or whatever its called, arcade got into enclave armor and left but then i had ED-E in my party and i gave the enclave information to the brotherhood of steel and I can't find arcade so where is he? oh and ED-E the quest was"ED-E my love"
