I have Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition. It says all five add ons were put into the game, but when I walked into the Purifier at the end of Take It Back! it said I died and then nothing happened. It didn't let me play after that and it said I had to continue from my last save. Note I have the PC version and it works perfectly. So whats the problem?
