Maybe mak1 is part of it, sounds like he is fishing for a bite to me. Next we are gonna hear "It is such an amazing deal, I just need some financial backers as all of my disposable income is tied up in foreign investments...etc", or some such drivel.
 
No way. Its impossible. Its Bullshit. Never be that cheap. Those pics you have posted here, I saw them on eBay and that guy was in southern part of USA.

ANYONE who has interest in Ducati's in the past year would recognize the Desmosedici on sight.
Further, they could easily spend 15 minutes with google to identify the model and value in those photos.

I honestly thought it was just a fake, I thought it would look good having one in each of my friends barber shops.

As for financial backing... funny how people make such stupid comments on forums without knowing the individual they are talking to.

I came here asking the members for advice, assuming they were fake bikes and was wondering if there were any penalties accosiated in importing fake bikes even if they were just used as show pieces in barber shops.

Mak, you played it like you found these in Indonesia? Clearly that is not the case if this is GEE BEE's bike. Last I checked, Bend Euro Motors was a bit of a commute from Indonesia. So, yeah, I call bullshit. What is funny is when people get caught in their own crap.
