I received an estafa subpoena today at 9 AM, but my class starts at 7:30 AM so I was out until 6 PM. When I got home, I read the subpoena saying that there was a court etc. @2PM that day. There was no sign underneath saying I received it. Did I violate any law? May they issue a warrant of arrest?
Failed to comply with subpoena?
